Building Your Armor!
Who hurt your feelings today? Ask yourself why did it cut you so deeply? Now write it down. Label each starting with, the who, what, and why did it hurt you so bad. If you don't identify and write it down, you will most likely forget that this person hurt you. Therefore, sending you back to the point where you will repeat being in this negative place again.
Write it down and reflect on how this act against you made you feel. Let it marinate. Tomorrow go back and read it again. The reason why I am telling you to read and reflect is because I want you to build a resistance to rejection, hurt feelings, or whatever negative act that has been done to you. This is a start towards building your armor.
